Protecting our environment
As guardians of our local environment, we see managing our impact on this fragile ecosystem as our responsibility. We do this by reducing our footprint on site, supporting research and conservation programmes for the reef, sharing knowledge with our guests, and giving people the chance to reconnect with nature.

Between nature and adventure
This remarkable ecosystem offers unique adventures in the primary forest, encounters with wildlife and ocean activities. Whether you come with a bold spirit of exploration or in search of nature’s tranquillity, you will find countless ways to connect with this captivating environment.

Water supply and treatment
Water from beneath the surrounding hills is drawn up by solar-powered pumps and collected in a fully sealed tank. This supply, which is quickly replenished during the rainy season, provides all the water for the property.

Recycling our waste
Waste management is a priority at Village Temanoha: we make our own compost from food scraps and recycle everything we can, especially metal and plastic. Anything that cannot be recycled, we take to the waste collection centre ourselves.
